At Dura Gear, we keep things simple. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it.
30-Day Returns & Size Exchanges
You may return or exchange eligible silicone rings within 30 days of delivery if:
The ring is unused and in original condition
Original packaging is included
Proof of purchase is provided
If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to help with a size exchange for unused rings.
We recommend checking our ring sizing guide before ordering.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your silicone ring arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos where applicable
We’ll arrange a replacement or suitable solution at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Worn or used rings
Damaged items caused by misuse
Items returned outside the return period
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method after inspection.
Please allow several business days for processing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
